Recco Jewels Shipping and Return Policies
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing BEFORE shipment. After the order is processed and shipped, delivery times are as follows:
United States Shipping USPS
No Rush = 5-8 business days once processed & shipped
Standard = 3-5 business days once processed & shipped
Expedited = 1-2 business days once processed & shipped
NOTE : Order processing during sale/promotions/restock/new releases may take longer due to high volume of orders.
Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at checkout.
Recco Jewels is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Recco Jewels is NOT responsible for any packages that have been successfully delivered via your courier. If, for whatever reason, there is a concern with your delivery, it must be submitted to our claims portal within 7 days of your delivery.
NOTE : any emailed or submitted claims concerns regarding a successfully delivered parcel after our 7 day policy, is NOT our responsibility.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase from Recco Jewels, we accept returns processed through our Online Claims Portal on all unworn items within 7 days of your purchase. If a claim is not submitted within 7 days of delivery you will be issued store credit or an exchange. Once a claim is submitted you will receive a free return shipping label through either UPS or USPS. Store Credit will not be issued / exchange will not be processed until Recco Jewels has received the original order back in the mail.
